In summary:
The mini bed fixture frame allows you to mount and align xTool F1 size fixtures inside of the xTool Omni O1 so that your fixture collection is cross compatible across the most number of machines.
Although many fixtures were originally intended for the xTool laser application, coincidentally the form factor fits very well inside of the Omni O1 printer and many of the materials that were traditionally being laser engraved can easily be printed on with the Omni O1.
The rolling steady rest solution, unlike the original xTool attachment, can be positioned under the tapered end of a 40oz mug, or anywhere under a long thin cylindrical item. This solves the problem of the original xTool support module not fitting inside of the machine with large work pieces such as Stanley style 40oz mugs.
Additionally, the steady rest that comes with the Omni O1 rotary attachment presses on the center of the workpiece and attempts to use friction to keep it supported. This works in some scenarios but there is still a risk the workpiece can slip, and in certain cases it may cause a misalignment. The Embrace Making steady rest does not impart any force on the object so no risk of pushing the piece out of alignment.
