Shipping policy

Orders for digital goods are fulfilled immediately and delivered to the email address used during checkout. Digital products are non-refundable.

Orders for physical products are generally processed and shipped within 5 business days. We are a small outfit and do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, however, during certain times of the year (ie. Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) there are a larger number of orders to handle. There may be increased wait times on certain products and we ask that you remain patient. If there is an issue with inventory or your order is going to be delayed by some extraordinary circumstance we will reach out to you.

If you require expedited shipping or require special courier services, please use the contact form on the contact page to make your request and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

Please note that any orders for PEI flex plates are custom orders and are made to order by the manufacturer. Depending on the complexity of the plate the lead time could be 1-2 weeks for these items. 

All items other than the custom PEI flex plates are shipped from Canada. Custom PEI flex plates are made in China and will be shipped directly from China. 

We utilize a number of couriers for our shipments, generally Canada Post, USPS, and UPS. Orders to Europe and most other regions will be delivered with PostNL and may be handed off to your local carrier for final mile delivery.

Any taxes imposed by your country are solely your responsibility as we have no control or influence over your local laws and tax systems. We cannot manipulate the value of packages to avoid or decrease the taxes owed.
