To begin a return process, first reach out to us through the online contact form for guidance.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable / non-refundable items:
* Downloadable software products / digital designs and assets.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Items showing signs of wear or use that have been deemed defective
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Mark all customs forms as items for RETURN / WARRANTY otherwise the customs and duties will be deducted from your refund or the package may be rejected.

Packages that are returned to sender (Embrace Making) on the basis of delivery refusal (for any reason, ie. to avoid incurring duties and taxes) may be eligible for refund less the cost of shipping. This is applicable to shipments within North America where the goods will be returned to us. Outside of North America, (ie. Europe, Asia, etc.) the courier policy for refused shipments is to DISCARD the items. They will not be returned to Embrace Making and you are entirely responsible for incurring this cost. 

Therefore, you are responsible for understanding and bearing the cost of your local import charges/duties/taxes/levies and failure to accept the shipment will result in you accepting the initial shipping cost at minimum.
