Build your custom smoke and fume extraction system with hose adapters allowing you to transition to different hose sizes.

This part allows you to connect a 4 inch (~101mm) hose to the back of the XTool S1 (flange) at a 90 degree angle for the purpose of smoke and fume extraction of your laser cutter and engraver. The direction of the adapter faces upwards to run the 4 inch hose over the top of the machine and the total depth required from the back face of the machine is only 3.5" (89mm).

This would replace the black flexible 3" hose and flange that comes with the XTool S1 so you can use a more common 4" duct style hose instead and save space behind the machine.

This is a two piece part. The two pieces are screw together (hardware included). To attach to the xTool S1, the four screws from the original xTool flange are reused. 

Then I would recommend using a inline booster fan such as the xTool IF2 to pull the exhaust to the outdoors if you have a long distance of hose to go through. Inline booster fan examples in the links below. Alternatively, you can also hook up the xTool AP2 with 4 inch hose using this adapter and filter the fumes when working without the ability to vent outside.
