Creality Ender 7 Triple Lead Screw Upgrade Kit

The Creality Ender 7 3D printer is a platform that has a lot of potential. However, there are a few design elements of the printer that could use some improvements to allow the printer to realize its full potential as a high speed machine.

The print bed is normally supported by a cantilevered bracket and linear motion system that is inherently unstable. There is a high likelihood that your print bed can shift or vibrate during high speed print maneuvers and print artifacts/defects may result. The front of the print bed often "sags" and the tension of the leveling screws is uneven as a result.

This upgrade kit changes the Z-linear motion system to use four linear bearings and rods. Two at the back of the printer nearest the Z stepper motor. Two more linear rods support the front of the print bed at the two side pillars of the machine. The side pillars will also get a lead screw beside the linear rods. The original metal print bed support is retained and is now supported by the linear rods and screws at 3 points.

All lead screws are synchronized with the pulley block system at the bottom of the printer. This ensures that smooth linear motion along the Z axis is achieved with high stability vertically and laterally. Your print bed will no longer vibrate or sag and is ready for true high speed printing. First layer consistency is excellent and you will not have to re-level your print bed frequently.
